Why you will love your job:
 Playing a coordination and monitoring role: collecting data, monitoring milestones, preparing reports, taking part in project documentation
• Maintaining the detailed project work plan and organizing communication with appropriate program governance bodies
• Managing the governance body reports and outcomes
• Managing financials, tracking expenses against budget, performing forecasting and variance analysis
• Recording and managing risks, issues and actions
• Taking ownership of documentation standards and templates, using the existing report formats, tools, templates and processes
• Coordinating status reporting, preparing reports

 

What you will bring to the team:
• 1+ year of experience in a multinational environment preferably in a support related role
• Previous experience in Bid management /Bid support is a big advantage
• Close to native Spanish and upper-intermediate English language knowledge
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with remote parties
