The essence of this role is to provide professional support for the Recruitment team by various resourcing activities while owning certain resourcing related processes.

 

YOU ARE
A Sourcing Ninja: Excited about finding the right profiles for your positions. You demonstrate perseverance and go the extra mile when it comes to a challenging search
A Social Media Guru: Find the best channels for your job postings in order to boost number of applicants so you not only work hard but also smart!
A Great Communicator: It comes naturally and with ease for you to engage candidates throughout the recruitment process and to communicate at all levels in the organization
Vodafone Ambassador: Be the voice and face of the company in front of our many candidates
Service Minded: Understand the value of providing a great service to your customers and stakeholders. Yet you have the curiosity and will to understand the why-s and the bigger picture.
A Data Champion: Work comfortably with data, able to build reports based on a set of requirements and provides data insight to Recruiters and hiring managers

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU, IF YOU

• Have a university or college degree, preferably HR Professional Qualification
• Have tasted sourcing related activities as a junior researcher or an intern, or as a fresh grad have high interest in building your career in recruitment  
• Are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Possess strong communication skills
• Have good time management and prioritization skills
• Demonstrate customer focused approach and can do attitude
