Pre-Sales Solution Consultant – Italian Speaking

 

Why you will love your job:

•    Engage with Sales – Key Account Managers / Sales Agents on design opportunities – engagement through Salesforce;
•    Been contact with Sales to deep dive more complex opportunities;
•    Call with Customer, Sales to gather bespoke solution requirements. Support Kam/Agents to present that complex solution to the Customer;
•    Design Bespoke Access Solution – Copper / fiber / radio. MPLS/SD-WAN , Cloud/ On Premise Security, VoIP, Cloud & Hosting;
•    Engage 3rd party suppliers for fiber quotation or other HW equipment suppliers (e.g. switches);
•    Engage Engineering  team for technical feasibility 
•    Engage Engineering  team for Custom solution requests. In this case create an engagement document with requirements overview is needed;
•    Solution High Level Design and cost base definition;
•    Project Design;
•    Input Customer Profit & Loss (currently via an .xlsx template) to finalise cost base and Cost of Sale, based on revenues and margin KPIs (total revenues, Net Present Value, Free Cash Flow, Payback time, etc.);
•    Engage Contract Management team for contract definition; 
•    Engage other support teams (e.g. Bid Management) 


What you will bring to the team:


•    Telecommunications Engineering Degree or equivalent;
•    Knowledge of access networks architecture: fixed, mobile and converged; transport network (i.e. FTTX, Wholesale Telecom Italia Mobile Solutions: Bitstream ATM, Bitstream Ethernet, Bitstream NGA, Tim VULA. CDN TIM and FASTWEB). Transport Solutions on layer 2 and layer 3;
•    Knowledge of the main Routing Protocols (i.e. IGP, BGP, MPLS, Multicast);
•    Knowledge of Cloud and Security architecture.
•    Logic, analytic and critic thinking;
•    Experience in approaching complex/ new projects;
•    Fluent spoken and written Italian.
