Your place in the team
Ensure high reliability services by effective service management and E2E issue solving.  

 

You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Define, agree and manage all Operational and Service Level Agreements (OLAs/SLAs) with close cooperation of NW Operations teams and Business owners of Services provided by NW 
•    Manage E2E Service performance measurement and drive service quality KPI improvement programmes
•    Monitor and report Service KPIs
•    Proactive 24x7 service monitoring in cooperation with the relevant L1 organisations, incident and problem management with focus on early detection and E2E ownership, solution follow-up and information management, 24X7 site access management
•    Process management accountability for incident management, problem management, change management 
•    Define and execute service and performance management strategy
•    Operate OSS Tooling environment in order to support the effective service management
•    Assure Business Continuity and participate in Disaster Recovery exercises
•    Actively and effectively cooperates with his/her internal (local, regional, global) and external contacts and stakeholders
•    Continuously seek opportunities to develop operational efficiency through process improvement and automation
•    Develop the organisation and people, facilitate learning and knowledge sharing organisation
•    Ensure that Hungarian Health & Safety regulations and Vodafone Group Standards are met.
•    Keep all company policies and processes
•    Manage a team of 3 direct reports and overall 30+ staff of technology professionals

We are looking for you if you have
•    BSc. in Computer/Industrial/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
•    At least 10 years working experience 
•    At least 5 years people management experience in mobile or fix communications or service management area
•    Strong oral and verbal English knowledge
•    Highly motivated, autonomous individual
•    Strong stakeholder management skills
