Senior Fleet Expert
for our Property Function

Your place in the team
Leads and drives Car Fleet related policies and processes in order to ensure a proper service and car user experience, while strategic and budgetary targets are met. Supports relevant HR functions with reports and insights on car fleet operation. Drives agreed projects in order to enhance car fleet services, especially Planet related programs. Continuously implements initiatives to reduce CO2 footprint of car fleet operation. Manages car fleet service providers, through contractual SLA’s and KPI’s.


You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Support the development and implementation of the strategic goals of the function aligned with company strategy
•    Manage and direct the day-to-day operations
•    Manage enhancement and maintenance of Service Level Agreements with suppliers and other departments
•    Maintain relevant processes in order to run a smooth operation within and out of function 
•    Identify and mitigate operational risks
•    Budget accuracy, monthly reports, review of plans, Detailed report about differences and drivers behind, with proposed actions to manage the issue 
•    Identify trends and create improvement plans to create value and improve internal customer satisfaction
•    Build strong working relationships with core suppliers and third party contracts to partner effectively ,drive performance ,and deliver high customer service standards
•    Project parameters: scope, timing, budget, and accurate administration in relevant systems
•    Evaluates complex model of car fleet operation in order to meet Planet initiative requirements (zero CO2 emission of car fleet operation)
•    Drives accepted new car fleet operation implementation
•    Contract management of car fleet service providers
•    Ensures proper regime is in place to maintain accurate and update database of fleet operation
•    Proper communication toward car users on all fleet related topics
•    Manages Car Policy operational parts, aligned with HR orientations on access to car
•    Maintains relevant regimes in order to meet Car Policy requirements
•    Provides regular reports on fleet operation
•    Supports H&S activity

We are looking for you if you have
•    College qualification or equivalent
•    Professional experience in Fleet activities
•    understanding of SLA based service delivery
•    Managing performance using KPIs, SLAs
•    Good negotiation skills
•    Analytical skills
•    Management skills, be able to solve complex problems
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    Ability to professionally interact with a diverse project team, managers, VF group 
•    Capable of resolving conflicts, good influencing skills
•    Facilitation, communication skills, creativity
•    Effectively manage changes (environment and project)
•    Good analytical and strategic skills and focus
•    Attention to detail
•    Proactive, can work individually but very good team player
