Senior FRR System Specialist



Your role in a nutshell: 
Senior FRR Systems Specialist is a full time role within CoP FRR+ supporting the FRR Programme Manager and responsible for finance systems transformation related training and analysis, the starting point being a complex set up of hundreds of Financial Reporting Relevant (FRR) systems. CoP FRR+ has the amibion to connect and innovate and turn the current finance systems landscape into a data first, radically simpler and value creating leading edge integrated solution with well maintained , tested and utilised EVO at the heart.

•    Contribute towards on time, to quality, to cost execution of the CoP FRR+ initiative
•    Assist FRR programme tracking by highlighting issues, risks and opportunities as appropriate
•    Working cross functionally, build and manage trusted relationships with Finance and IT stakeholders across local markets and Group functions
•    Assist with the development of the details, governance and controls for a new global and complete inventory of FRR systems
•    Provide guidance and training to the markets on the identification of the FRR systems and how to capture them in the global inventory
•    Consolidate FRR systems insights and make recommendations for approval of managing future risks and opportunities e.g. decommissioning of systems and consolidation into EVO etc.
•    Work on the transformation from the ‘as is’ to the target systems landscape, including analysing FRR systems, data infrastructures, business processes, interfaces and operational, maintenance and licensing costs 
•    Contribute towards the development of a decommissioning and replacement strategy


What you will bring to the team:
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•    Experience in analysing, implementing and/or replacing finance systems
•    A good understanding of finance end-to-end business processes and data management
•    Ownership & Drive
•    Good interpersonal and influencing skills
•    Fluency in English is a must
•    Qualifications in SAP Finance or other ERP and Finance Systems
