Your role in a nutshell:
Graphic design is more than just business logos and typography – it’s about using visual communications to inspire, inform and solve problems. It’s the role of a Graphic Designer to evoke a response through colour, texture, images and symbols.
Creative Designers support the team with visual materials, as per briefing requirements, to highlight the intrinsic value in Vodafone’s B2B solutions. The created collaterals are targeted to external audiences (B2B customers).

      
Why you will love your job:
•    Brainstorm with copywriters and multimedia designers on different creative concepts with the ability to identify where a concept can be brought to life. Being able to execute creative concepts from a design perspective
•    Provide design ideas and guidance to business partners at the briefing stage
•    Design collaterals as per submitted briefs, including internal and external materials
•    Monitor quality of assets, identifying areas for improvement and further training
•    Agree and undertake collateral requirements across graphic design and production of new materials or amends, as confirmed in the briefing document, both to time and quality standards
•    Receive, review, edit and submit for approval new/amended and updated designs
•    Present and explain new ideas and concepts, where appropriate, to stakeholders, whilst accepting or negotiating feedback as required
•    Ensure new joiners in design roles are on-boarded successfully
•    Mentor junior members of the team and provide knowledge support for design peers at all times


What you will bring to the team:
•    4-5 years of experience in graphic design, both offline and online creative fields, marketing and PR
•    Advanced English language knowledge – both written and verbal
•    Expert with industry-leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art, Design, Marketing or related discipline
•    Creative graphic design experience, such as: branding, illustration, icon/logo design, character design etc.
•    Proven graphic design experience with a portfolio
•    Strong stakeholder management skills with a supportive attitude
•    Able to create, enhance and follow brand guidelines
•    Knowledge of contemporary design trends
•    Capable of working on multiple projects
