Your place in the team
Key member of the Consumer Controlling team responsible for Postpaid (Voice&MBB) and HVC segment support. Supporting decision making process, including the analysis of the segment revenue (customer movement, mix & ARPU) & direct cost drivers (incl Telco tax and Interconnection costs) review of performance vs recent budget, coordinating planning processes, review of commercial plans and business impacts of initiatives. Assist CBU teams with new product launch and promotion initiatives, supports the preparation of business case, engaging all relevant stakeholders in the other departments. Share knowledge within the team, ensure the success of key transformation projects (digital and simple operation) and the implementation of agile way of working within Finance. Support the business to launch efficient and value maximising FMC proposition.
Keep contact with CBU Postpaid, HVC, CVM Teams and Business Planning, supports the manager.
 

You will be involved in the following tasks
Financial Planning
•    Liaison with CBU Segment, CVM, Distribution Management for Postpaid and HVC segment control
•    Co-operation with Financial Business Planning and Reporting (understand actual figures, challenge plans)
•    Consolidate segment level Service Revenue & Direct costs plans, ensure accuracy and transparency
•    Co-ordination planning & forecasting process within the team

Analysis
•    Explanation of monthly detailed presentation to the CBU leadership about the performance of the segments in terms of Customer number & Service Revenue trends and gap vs plans
•    Interpret results and identify trends proactively, highlighting issues, working in partnership with the segment to plan appropriate actions to mitigate impact against the risk
•    Prepare IBRO report and track trends & variance against plans
•    Perform ad-hoc analysis for tariff, customer profitability, usage patterns, etc.

 

Management information
•    Support the Consumer Controller in the monthly performance review  
•    Ensure the timely delivery of insightful management information to the business unit in order to support effective decision making
•    Monitor variances against Budget/Forecasts and propose corrective actions with the support of the business unit  
•    Ensure the monitoring of targets

 

We are looking for you if you have
•    Graduate qualified with 5+yrs experience gained in large, multi-national organisation
•    Excellent controlling and analytical skills
•    English knowledge (verbal and written)
•    IFRS knowledge
