Your place in the team
As key member of the team to provide financial business partnering support and financial control in all A&R aspects (planning, projection and analysis) for Channel Management and other CBU departments. Supporting decision making process, including the analysis of A&R (Subsidy & Commission both for fixed and mobile related products) spend in different aspects including device stock level and modelling impact of planned changes with aiming that business decisions are maximizing value creation in terms of acquiring & retaining new customers and spending A&R. Supports the preparation of business case, engaging all relevant stakeholders in the other departments and also manages A&R planning process.  Support the business in order to set up an efficient and value maximizing FMC commission model. Monthly tracking of synergies delivered. Share knowledge within the team, ensure the success of key transformation projects (digital and simple operation) and the implementation of agile way of working within Finance.
Keep contact with Channels&Terminals Teams and Business Planning, supports the manager.

 

You will be involved in the following tasks
Financial Planning
•    Work closely with the other department to develop stretching financial plans and to deliver cost saving initiatives.
•    Co-operation with FP&A and FINOPS (understand actual figures, challenge plans)
•    Support the achievement of business plans and forecasts, saving targets and project implementation.
•    Liaise with Terminal Team and Channel Management Team
•    Support the achievement of stock level targets by implementing controls on Terminals sped
•    Use company planning tool to gather information and for planning purposes
•    Input Financial Planning through detailed and robust subsidy and commission forecast (channel mix, value mix) 

Reporting & Analysis 
•    Explanation of monthly detailed results and presentation to the CBU leadership about the performance of the segments in terms of HS stock, A&R (Subsidy & Commission) trends and gap vs plans
•    Interpret results and identify trends proactively, highlighting issues, working in partnership with other departments to plan appropriate actions to mitigate impact against the risk.
•    Gather information for Business Cases.
•    Perform ad-hoc analysis for sales reports, profitability, channel mix, etc. Development and maintenance of one common set of data and reporting for CBU

 

Management information
•    Support the Consumer Controller in the monthly performance review  
•    Ensure the timely delivery of insightful management information to the business unit in order to support effective decision making
•    Monitor variances against Budget/Forecasts and propose corrective actions with the support of the business unit  
•    Ensure the monitoring of targets
•    Conduct post investment reviews to measure achievement of projects compared with the business plan.

 

Financial Controlling 
•    Input and influence incentive system changes of all consumer type channels (franchisees and the employee incentive system, Telesales, Mass Retail and other 3rd party partners). Perform scenario analysis on proposed changes.
•    Contribute of improvements of the system. Recommend and analyse changes.
•    Develop and maintain A&R profitability dashboards
•    Contribute of improvements of Terminals control, recommend and analyse changes.
•    Decision support for Channel Management Team in terms of HS pricing, discounts, promos.
•    Create Dealer profitability reports and monitor performance

 

We are looking for you if you have
•    Graduate qualified with 3+yrs experience gained in large, multi-national organisation
•    Excellent controlling and analytical skills
•    English knowledge (verbal and written)
•    IFRS knowledge
