Sales Support Specialist

 

Your role in a nutshell: 
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our great team. The essence of this role is to provide administrative support to the sales representatives or so called account managers and channel partners, thus enabling them to spend more time with their customers.

•    Work closely together with Vodafone’s Account Managers to ensure requests are fulfilled on time and in the highest expected quality
•    Get to know Mobility and Fixed products
•    Build customer and ad hoc reports or prepare customer facing presentations
•    Deliver exceptional Business Partnering to Sales stakeholders, establishes high levels of trust, with accountability for implementing the right “business rhythm” of reviews (account, opportunity and product) in an end to end process where actionable outcomes are managed and delivered.
•    Responsible for the adoption and usage of Digital Sales tooling and continuous improvement of all tools and processes
•    Support in growing revenues for existing Vodafone customers in the Northern Europe region through enabling the Account Managers to spend more time with their customers by supporting them through different kind of administrative task or longer Sales related projects
•    Have the opportunity to work with other teams aboard on big projects; raise feasibilities, prepare pricing and place & manage orders

 

What you will bring to the team:
•    Your English skills are fluent
•    If you have 1+ years of support related or customer service experience
•    You communicate clearly. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you're comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone
•    You pay close attention to the details and you enjoy solving problems
•    You have good Excel skills
•    You are eager to learn new things about the field of Sales and Sales Support
