Senior Sales Support Specialist – Spanish speaking

 

Role purpose:The role of the Specialist Sales Support working into Strategy & Operations, is to ensure operational efficiency and sound infrastructure for our Valencia hub

 

What will you do:

 


•    Delivers focused Sales support and initiatives for an area of Sales Operations through application of specialized knowledge 
•    Liaises with all other sales, marketing, customer care, customer operations (front and back office) and finance functions
•    Provides function reporting for the sales teams
•    Supports the sales process through providing a point of contact for Digital Sales users
•    Defines training plans, specifications and functional needs for sales tools to other sales team members
•    Offers guidance and coaching to other Sales Operations team members in area of expertise when required and acts a liaison with IT
•    Manager of self.  Exchange ideas and information effectively, to explain ideas and concepts in a concise and logical way
•    Responsible for all Digital Sales performance analysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) for the Valencia HUB
•    Responsible for all Digital Sales forecast and pipeline analysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) for the Valencia HUB
•    Build, maintain, improve and grow operational reporting capabilities.


 

This position is for you if you have:

 


•    Spanish and English -Minimum B2 level
•    Fluency (spoken and written) in Italian is beneficial.
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Advance excel: advance formulas, pivots and macros. Test will be taken.
•    Experience 1-3 years with CRM such as Salesforce (Be Able to navigate 1SF, create and run reports and be able to fix the most common issues)
•    Visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau very beneficial
•    Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role
•    Power point - presentations skills
