Sales Data Management Specialist – Italian speaking


Your role in a nutshell:
To own the day-to-day problem/ incident and data management processes for CRM and the customer database: To ensure that problems are identified proactively and incidents are acknowledged. To resolve cases within SLA targets, using escalation management and problem solving techniques.

Why you will love your job:


•Your are a Primary interface to VF Italy users: management of local support requests, account administration, all users & licenses related queries, reporting, etc
•Manage local license forecasts, sharing views with GBS or other internal stakeholders, as needed; 
•Mapping local processes in order to simplify them and reduce the workload of back office activities; 
•Prepare training material for self learning and training classes;
•Hold training to new users.
•Communicate verbally with end users when further clarification is required; 

What you will bring to the team:


•Communicate verbally with end users when further clarification is required; 
•Fluent Italian and English knowledge
•At least 1-2 years of work experience in a multinational company
•Knowledge of 1SF and CSP
•Telecommmunication sector experience (desired)
•Computer skills (MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel)
