We are looking for a
SOHO SME Sales Performance Analyst
for our Enterprise Business Unit

Your place in the team

To provide analytical and research capability in support of the SOHO&SME sales organisation. Collect, process, analyze and evaluate financial and non-financial reports to generate decision support materials for the Sales managers in order to increase efficiency, exploit opportunities, generate new business ideas/areas for development and improve performance management.


You will be involved in the following tasks


Regular and ad-hoc analyses
•    Analyse performance within the SOHO&SME sales organisation
•    Support sales managers with key business analyses
•    Identify available data sources that can be used to better understand performance outcomes
•    Collect requirements, do research and collect data
•    Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data, control quality of data, identify any errors that effect the system, develop tools to improve outcomes
•    Prepare reports
•    Preparation and interpretation of charts, graphs, and tables reflecting monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance
•    Compare intended outcomes with actual outcomes and evaluate achievement
•    Evaluation of performance reports with improvement suggestions where needed
•    Analysis and optimization of end-to-end sales operations
•    Identification of weakness areas
•    Assist in quarterly target setting and assessment of deviation causes (in case of deviation provision of optimal business solutions)
•    Target achievement evaluation
•    Identify skill gaps and provide/organize appropriate trainings to resources
•    Development and implementation of performance metrics
•    Bid management monitoring and inspection
•    Project performance and outcome evaluation


Communicate findings
•    Ensure that ad hoc requests for data are produced within the timescales set out by the service user with particular emphasis on any linked activity
•    Provide direction and support to business teams whenever required
•    Communicate evaluations to sales managers in written or oral reports
•    Make and prepare presentations based on findings

Professional execution
•    Know how to use computers and statistical software
•    Understand and use the company's policies as well as laws and regulations within the industry
•    Development, update and enforcement of business policies and procedures
•    Design, management and maintenance of measurement models for SOHO&SME sales performance
•    Maintenance of documentations for problem identification, definition and solving procedures
•    Identify new sources of data and/or ways of interpreting the data


Provide internal support and segment related activities
•    Representation of SOHO&SME Sales inside the company
•    Build and maintain daily working relationship with database and IT support functions
•    Collect market information from SOHO&SME sales channels and communicate it towards marketing (competition, client expectations, etc.)
•    Assessment and communication of market trends
•    Manage activities assigned by the Senior Business Development Manager
•    Add personal professional skills and knowledge to the development of the SOHO&SME segment


Manage project development and implementation of propositions
•    Screening, definition, introduction and management of projects
•    Understand revenue streams, associated costs and business potentials of the assigned accounts and the alternative channels
•    Project management
•    Participate and manage local and global product/proposition development projects, represent Vodafone Hungary’s business objectives


We are looking for you if you have

•    University or College degree
•    Some English language skills
•    Experience in reporting or analyst function preferably in multinational business environment
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft excel, Powerpoint, and Access
•    Knowledge of 1SF system
•    Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Telco industry 
•    Proven experience of analytical and statistical techniques with relevant continuous professional development experience
•    Problem-solving focused
•    Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new situations/challenges
•    Able to think in systems, strong analytical skills
•    Ability to meet deadlines
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
