Your place in the team
Fully support SME Champion Strategy by providing digital advisory service and also coordinate website creation for customers. 
The Digital Advisor generates value for our customers and make them aware of the newest digital solutions.  
The Website Coordinator (WC) is the central point of contact between the customer and the Website Design teams during the conception build and launch of their website and related products. The WC works with the customer to define the client’s website needs and gathers the information and/or images needed to produce their package. The WC then liaisons with the content and design teams to allow each team to successfully create the website package, present it to the client and revise as necessary.  
 

You will be involved in the following tasks
 

Digital advisory
•    Handle customer inquiries, answer any digital related questions over phone or chat
•    Understand business principles and taking them into account by giving advice
•    Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
•    He or she is the first point of contact for existing and potential customers looking for help or information in digital topics
•    Provide information about products and services
•    Define improvement areas and kownledge gaps to further improve Vodafone’s digital knowledge base platform

 

Website coordination
•    Engage in clear communication via phone and email with customers
•    Set appropriate fulfillment expectations according to respective package purchased
•    Gather, compile, complete instructions and proofread for accuracy for the content and design teams
•    Gather, compile, complete instructions and proofread for accuracy additional package components as necessary
•    Efficiently prioritize projects based upon timelines and customer needs
•    Work closely with other departments to fulfill and deliver results for the customer
•    Manages multiple projects at one time
•    Being the main point of contact between the customer and the Website Design teams

We are looking for you if you have
•    University or College degree
•    At least 2 years relevant experience in the field of advisory sales or customer care
•    Open for learning new digital solutions (digital marketing, website and webshop creation, home office solutions, digital security etc.)
•    Self-driven, fast and efficient in problem solving
•    Ability of working under time pressure
•    Good communication skills
•    Result oriented, thirsty for success

•    Energetic and open minded
•    Logical and structured thinking
•    Ability to work independently
•    Utilize documentation effectively and communicate technical concepts to non-technical people is required
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize is critical
•    Excellent oral/written communication skills in Hungarian and English

•    Digital knowledge is a plus
•    Design background is a plus

•    B2B experience is a plus
