SOHO-SME Cloud Sales Support Expert

Your place in the team
Fully support SME Champion Strategy by providing sales support for Cloud based solutions to all channels. Develop SOHO-SME channel performance, efficiency and support operation in order sales managers can maximize sales potential and the segment can increase their ICT market share

 

You will be involved in the following tasks
Training and coaching:

  • Develop and manage sales advisor onboarding structure and processes, and sales force continous improvement regarding Cloud solutions especially about SaaS business
  • Support sales force in all channels in selling cloud based solutions with best practices and know how. Act as a coach in special areas like: 
    • Sales funnel development
    • Structure sales tasks and time management
    • Cold calls
    • Negotiation skills 
  • Continouos follow up on sales force performance improvement
  • Define improvement areas and knowledge gaps to further support performance of channels
  • Track competition Cloud solutions – SaaS sales activities

Sales support:

  • Support product portfolio with a sales approach (presales and postsales)
  • Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process 
  • Provide pre-sales support of SaaS products
  • Provides inputs to sales system and process development projects
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into the product portfolio
  • Cooperate closely with the Sales and Product Team
  • Understand the intersection between technology, customers and business
  • Broad understanding of cloud technology, especially SaaS
  • Support Cloud solutions sales activity planning
  • Input into channel strategy, incentive systems
  • Sort out Cloud solutions helpline questions and issues

 

 

We are looking for you if you have

  • University or College degree
  • At least 3 years professional experience in Sales expert or in any Channel management function
  • Cloud based knowledge is a must
  • B2B experience is an advantage
  • Experience in the telecommunication industry and/or indirect partner management preferred English language skills
  • Self-driven, fast and efficient in problem solving
  • Ability of working under time pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Result oriented, thirsty for success
