We are looking for a
Retail Intern 
for our Retail team

Your place in the team
Retail needs to become more digital, have to be ready to offer better / enhanced customer experience in the store. More than that we are about to create Vodafone Hungary’s first real flagship store and its concept needs to be developed and implemented. You would work directly with the Head of Retail and Regional Managers (especially one of them) to shape Retail’s digital future.


You will be involved in the following tasks
(Further) develop instore customer flow management:
•    finalize Linistry pilot: digital customer numbering & timeslot management system
•    define and fix customer experience faults – bring solutions to the floor
•    evaluate Linistry pilot and propose roll out plan
•    support tendering process and be part of decision making
Co-create new digital flagship store concept
•    identify possible digital solutions at the market for our flagship concept including vendor search, etc. 
•    map Vodafone integrity and interfaces to other IT systems
•    propose test solutions to our new flagship store in Etele Plaza
•    lead digital implementation and execution on store level including staff trainings, customer information & support
•    evaluate pilot performance (regular reporting) and propose actions and/or pilot
Design instore digital agent/digital desk concept
•    define roles and responsibilities for digital agent/desk
•    define future benefits, dependencies to other projects (e.g. Vodafone App, Cashless store)
•    define and test instore processes with focus on customer experience
•    pilot digital agent/desk at 1-3 stores and evaluate pilot performance
•    identify possible pilot improvement actions and execute them together with store teams
•    propose roll-out to entire network (IS and DS)
Lead cashless, limited cash store initiatives
•    evaluate currently running cashless store initiative(s) and propose improvement actions
•    define limited cash solutions together with Retail management (content, timing, pilot, roll out)
•    define pilot and roll out roadmap with benefit calculations
Support activities in Retail together with Development and Support Team: 
•    support entire digitalization of Retail by backoffice processes (e.g. staff planning, D2D digital solutions, etc.)
•    support other Retail related initiatives

We are looking for you if you have
•    have an active full-time University/College student status (ideally graduate student)
•    speak fluent Hungarian (as it is the basic corporate language), and also fluent English
•    have experience or a strong interest in Retail and Sales
•    have good communication and organizing skills
•    want to be part of a cool team :)
