Your place in the team

The Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for bringing in the best people into our organization and building Vodafone Hungary's employer brand in order to show that it is indeed a good place to work. You would work in a team of 6, helping them identify and prescreen the suitable candidates. You will be responsible for the intern end to end recruitment process.


 
You will be involved in
•    identifying suitable candidates for vacant positions in the field of technology, marketing, legal, sales, finance, HR
•    screening our database and the incoming CVs
•    screening candidates on the phone
•    schedule and organize personal interviews
•    recruiting interns (as time goes on you can hold the interviews as well)


We are looking for you if you
•    have an active full-time University/College student status (ideally graduate student)
•    speak fluent Hungarian (as it is the basic corporate language), and also fluent English
•    have experience or a strong interest in HR
•    have good communication and organizing skills
•    want to be part of a cool team :)


 
The Curiosity Internship Program is a part-time job (20/30 hours/week) lasting for 6 months. During the program, we guarantee exciting tasks and projects full of challenges.
 
After the Curiosity, our interns will have the opportunity to apply for our Discover Program, which is a 24-month long career program dedicated to fresh graduates, which is based on rotations among the different areas and departments of the company.
