Your place in the team
Responsible for the successful delivery of the Project portfolio items at Vodafone Hungary by managing development projects in line with release delivery. Plan and maintain capacity, scope of releases and test environments of the company. Be a bridge between Development, Testing and Business at the testing phase.


You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Maintain the scope of the releases based on the availability of systems, environments and resources.
•    Plan and maintain the test environments utilization.
•    Drive the testing period of the projects (planning and execution coordination)
•    Ensure environments health – coordination of patching for OS, DB and any 3rd Party SW components.
•    Coordinate timing of IT/TD scope of projects from Idea until closure as per the most recent demand and delivery processes and by applying valid project management methodology
•    Responsible for meeting the agreed project milestones, quality criteria and budget constraints.
•    Responsible for the identification and mitigation of the risks and issues associated with the releases.
•    Responsible for the identification of the resources that are needed for the delivery of the release
•    Responsible for delivering regular, standardized release status towards peers
•    Actively cooperates with his/hers contacts both within the Technology (local, regional, global), Vendors and with other Business departments.
•    Responsible for the up-to-date control and recordkeeping of the release scope with commitments
•    Actively drives continuous optimization of related costs
•    Monitors Release Delivery process handled by the Technology Domains to provide clear, up-to-date status on the releases
•    Supports the Agile development methodology by monitoring Squads and handle dependencies with their backlog items, channel them into testing and release methodology.
•    E2E plan and coordinate release cutovers.

We are looking for you if you have
•    IT, Economics or Telco specific university degree
•    At least 3 years working experience in IT
•    Experience in managing Releases preferably in the telco sector especially in a multinational environment
•    Knowledge of IT development lifecycle
•    Agile development methodologies experience
•    Technical awareness and ability to quickly understand new technology is advantage
