RTM Analyst - Italian Speaker

 

Your role in a nutshell: 

Monitor the agents & daily activities vs. the plan received from scheduling team. Support the operation in day to day requests & ad-hoc once asked. Provides daily reports to the client with the previous day figures.

 

Why you will love your job:

• Providing operation queues with Daily reports (Active HC, resignations, answered calls)
• Provide client with top issue impacting queues performance delivered on daily, weekly and monthly Basis.
• Prepare daily, weekly dashboards for operational performance
• Adjust/Optimize schedule for next week and report daily view on unplanned leaves with business justification
• Communicating and managing outages along with adding it to our incident tracker
• Create new credentials for new waves and credentials issues
• Interact with WF Scheduling team with new updates & new requests from client side.

 

What you will bring to the team:

• Excellent reporting skills
• Effective communication & negotiation skills.
• Conflict resolution
• Self-starting, learning and motivating attitude
• Preferable 1 year experience in Customer care environment
• Strong technical & numerical background
• Italian Level – B2 Speaking Proficiency
