Quality Control Expert

Your place in the team
Ensure the quality control of contractor works analysing the KPIs volumes and trends, making development proposal  


You will be involved in the following tasks
Responsibilities on KPIs and volumes analyse: 
•    Improve and extend partner reporting and analysing procedures for fix and radio access network elements
•    Make quality improvement proposals for access operations
•    Handle the ad-hoc requirements
•    Ensure the suitable data for contractors KPIs, for penalty calculations
•    Compares KPI results with contractors data/results
•    Make proposals to improve KPIs
•    Analise partner operation related data results and based on this make development proposal
•    Confers with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements.
•    Evaluates findings, using knowledge of workflow, operating practices, 
•    Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information. May prepare and issue instructions concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports according to new or revised practices, procedures, or policies of reports management


Develop process and automation in operation area:
•    Support new technology introduction to Access Network operation with analysing
•    Be proactive in identifying issues and changes and adapt 
•    Continue to evolve and adapt our analysing/reporting/support systems and processes, take advantage of automation.

Performance Management related accountabilities:
•    Support Systems Administration and performance management of all radio and fix access network elements


•    Actively and effectively cooperates with his/her internal (local, regional, global) and external contacts and stakeholders


Continous Improvement: 
•    Continuously seek opportunities to develop operational efficiency through process improvement and automation

We are looking for you if you have
•    BSc. in Computer/Industrial/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
•    At least 7 years working experience 
•    At least 3 years analysing/reporting experience 
•    Oral and verbal English knowledge
•    Highly motivated, autonomous individual
•    Database Skills - 1 year.
•    MS OFFICE related analytics Skills (Excel, Acces, Power Point, Project)- 3 year.
•    Professional reporting, analysis and problem solving abilities
•    Having knowledge of the telecommunications industry, both technical and business
•    Solid demonstrated strengths in communicating effectively at all levels
•    Experience in designing and delivering analysis to all levels of the organization
•    Proven skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis and decision support
•    Other related qualification is a plus
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    Capable of resolving conflicts, good influencing skills
•    Good analytical and strategic skills and focus
•    Strategic outlook, attention to detail
•    Proactive, can work individually but very good team player
