Project Management Specialist  - German speaking

 

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our great team. The essence of this role is to provide support for different internal stakeholders in tasks which are in connection with Fiber Network and Inhouse Coverage customer projects. Support is done mainly by completing requests via digital platforms and workflow tools and by answering individual demands from Account Managers related to their projects.

What you will do:

 

•    Monitor and correct budget approval requests of Fiber Network project
•    Create WBS Elements, perform budget allocations
•    Manage budget amendments in SAP on request
•    Perform continuous Project Maintenance in workflow tool
•    Perform documentation quality check of new Sales Opportunities in the field of Fixed Business
•    Work closely with colleagues from Finance on budget process improvements
•    Provide support in creating reports and analysis regarding actual projects on a regular and ad-hoc basis as demanded by the Business Partner
•    On-demand administrative support for Account Managers in Inhouse Coverage offer- and contract creation, invoice creation
•    Support colleagues working on RfI questionnaires or Supplier Information Sheets as needed by Business operations

 

This position is for you if you:

 

•    You are fluent in German and have solid English knowledge 
•    You have good Microsoft Office (O365: Excel, Outlook, PPT) skills and you are familiar to some extent with Sharepoint administration
•    Have first experiences in using SAP (nice to have)
•    You communicate clearly. You write well. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you're comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone as well as happy to organize and moderate alignment calls in German
•    You pay close attention to the details. As far as you're concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, on time, every single time. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
•    You are eager to learn new things about the field of Bid Support and you have a pro-active work approach, 
•    You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on difficult challenges and you don't get flustered easily. If you don't know the answer you'll dig until you find it.
