Join our team as:

 

Product Support Specialist-PEGA

 


In this role you will be responsible for executing PEGA change management, covering both integration and configuration. This involves marketing automation on boarding activities. In addition, responsibilities include designing, testing, building and documenting new platform enhancements based on market requirements.

 

 

What you will do:

 

•Execute all PEGA data activities including data administration, segmentation, analysis and provide consultancy on data integrity, data sources and upload processes


•Work on the release plan for the platform and develop release enhancements


•Help with the integration of the platform to CRM systems and other platforms through API’s


•Understand business processes and translate them to system processes


•Administer SLAs on sending frequency and quality for sender score optimisation and advise on testing and email formats


•Complete database user requests, including audits and permissions management

 

This job is for you if you have:

 


•Fluent English knowledge both written and oral


•5 years of experience of administering and configuring marketing automation systems, ideally PEGA, Eloqua or CRM systems (ie. Salesforce) or ERP systems (ie. SAP)


•Extensive stakeholder management experience


•Experience of training and supporting non-technical and technical users is a huge advantage


•Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail


•Knowledge of latest industry B2B marketing trends is an advantage
