Process Improvement Specialist - Vodafone Business Legal

Your role in a nutshell: 
As a Process Manager your tasks will be to drive the development and implementation of cross functional processes and systems, as well as to play a crucial role in continuous process improvement and standardization. You will identify root causes of issues and build action plans to drive resolution; liaise between the Vodafone Business Legal and other teams to identify and improve cross functional processes. You will have the opportunity to lead and own projects, including coordinating the delivery of project objectives. As a process expert you will contribute to transformation projects, system upgrades and enhancements, playing a leading role in process training. You will be responsible for quality process design and optimization across VBL to improve efficiency, increase effectiveness, improve service quality, increase customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs within the function/ department by implementing process improvement.

What you will bring to the team:
•    Strong understanding of business process architecture, process design and continuous improvement principles

At least 2-3 years experience in project management and/or process improvement

•    Experience of working in a global virtual / cross functional team environment
•    Clear communication skills;  Excellent English knowledge
•    Experience in using process design tools (eg Visio, Aris) is a must have
•    Agile SAFe or Scrum accredited knowledge is nice to have
•    Lean/Six Sigma Knowledge or experience is nice to have
