Process & Systems Specialist
Your role in a nutshell:
Provide Process & Systems expertise to Group Data & Analytics, across transformation activities & product development. Full ownership of the business model, enabling agile delivery and prioritisation of resource across the functions. Working with senior stakeholders across the business to fully utilise the capability of the systems. Governing business models tools, ensuring adoption targets are met and benefits are fully recognised & reported in time, cost and quality.

• Own & manage demand process & forums
• Lead & manage of Group D&A internal reporting
• Set direction of automation and digitalisation of project reporting
• Take ownership of documentation standards and templates and ensure documents are managed appropriately, conduct regular QA checks of governance documentation
• Provide PMO support & drives adoption of business model to enable scalable agile delivery
• Responsible for building & maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Present lessons Learned & closure reports, accountable for the associated action plans
What you will bring to the team:
• Ability to engage & influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to self-manage with limited line management support
• Strong knowledge & developer skills on confluence & JIRA tools, ability to configure and train others
• Familiarity with cloud technology solutions
• Experience in process design & leading BI project implementations across multiple functions/ locations
• Experience in programme management
• Fluency in English
• Degree in business management with IT knowledge
• Strong business and functional overview/ E2E view skills
• Proactive problem solving skills towards continuous improvement
