 Planning And Reporting Manager (Specialist)

Your role in a nutshell:
The role holder is responsible for central FP&A activities across VOIS in all aspects of month end performance reporting, insightful financial planning and value oriented support to the business through detailed analysis. As part of a highly motivated, multinational team, you will contribute directly to driving performance, business partnering, identifying and managing risk and the governance of VOIS financial processes. Driving effective financial control processes, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and Vodafone policies. This role will also work closely with the VOIS Head of FP&A, and undertake wider cross functional and cross centre projects on an ad hoc basis.

• Ensuring planning, forecasting and Actuals reporting cycles are coordinated effectively and executed with rigour and precision across all VOIS locations
• Supporting the head of unit to deliver analysis around business performance (Incl. Value)  and highlighting opportunities as well as business risks
• Responsible for _VOIS central financial reporting to Group functions and Tech _VOIS management (Incl. Central HFM)
• Responsible for defining Anaplan system requirements needed to carry out all financial reports (Act, Budget, Forecast, & LRP)
• Identify opportunities through best practise sharing across VOIS entities/locations and provide support to the Centres to drive standardisation and efficiency
• Proactive involvement in other business critical ad hoc projects (incl. VRO, Recharge automation, digitisation and agile finance)

What you will bring to the team:
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a hybrid-matrix organisation
• Stakeholder management – ability to build strong and influential senior and cross functional relationships.
• Resilient, ‘can do’ attitude with courage and conviction to take initiative, propose ideas and constructively challenge key stakeholders.
• Innovative thinking and ability to develop analysis, and critically assess financial performance to identify business risk.
• Ability to deliver key messages to stakeholders with clarity and consistency
• Very good command of English language (verbal/written)
• Educated to degree level, Masters/MBA is desirable
• ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualified with 5+ years post qualification experience
