PBX & IVR Expert
for our Technology Department

Your place in the team
Provide Engineering, Deployment, Operation and Maintenance service for Call Center Avaya infrastructure (PBX and IVR)

 

You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Administration of the following Avaya network elements: EP, WFO, AIC, Call Manager, CMS, SM, SBC, AES, Workspaces for Elite
•    Fault analysis and resolution, disaster recovery to ensure continuous service for Call Center agents and for the callers of Call Center
•    Preventive and proactive maintenance activities, quality improvements to provide always better and better service
•    System and application performance management for the whole Avaya infrastructure
•    Trouble Ticket handling – involving vendor’s support if needed
•    Handling Customer complaint
•    User management
•    SLA management
•    Support of security requirements and deploy them
•    Continuous 7*24 hours support (On Call during out of normal working hours)
•    HW and SW Fault analysis and resolution
•    Ensure the Backup and Restore functions
•    Capacity monitoring, reporting, planning
•    Consultancy services for local demand management to inform them about the technology ensured possibilities
•    Feasibility, impact and dependency analysis
•    Technical requirement specification
•    Consultancy with vendor to ensure the most precise delivery of business requirement (e.g. IVR three development, call routing configuration)
•    Change planning and implementation
•    System / Service / Subscriber configuration to serve business requirement
•    Test planning and execution (operation and functional)
•    Architecture design, HLD, LLD
•    System life cycle & Release management, feature roadmap management
 

We are looking for you if you have
•    MSc. or BSc. in Computer/Industrial/Electrical & Electronics Engineering 
•    1-3 years working experience (preferable in PBX&IVR area)
•    Linux/Windows admin skills
•    Good knowledge on computer architectures
•    Good command in written and spoken English 
•    Highly motivated, autonomous individual
•    Excellent analytical skill, structured thinking and system approach
•    Eager to learn and share knowledge within organization
•    Tendency to learn and pick up new technologies (automation, AI, machine learning, virtualization)
