PTP and T&E Expert 
for our Finance Department

Your place in the team
•    Responsible of all Procure To Pay related operational processes, financial and reporting processes activities for Vodafone Hungary
•    Responsible for P2P processes fluent operation and their improvements
•    End to end responsibility for T&E related processes and systems
•    Cooperation of Shared Service Centres’ P2P (transactional activities are outsourced)



You will be involved in the following tasks

  • E2E ownership of VF-HU PTP (Purchase to Pay) processes, including:
    • Managing the fluent operation with Shared Services (Budapest and India offices) 3,000 – 4,000 incoming invoices per month, more than 5Bn Hufs monthly
    • Issue resolution: problematic payments / purchase orders
    • Overlook of the end to end process from scanning in Budapest to processing and payment in India
    • Management of related KPIs of Goods Receipt Timeliness, Paid on time, Happy PO
    • In scope underlying process at Shared Service side: Invoice processing, Scanning, Query, Vendor management, Site rental
    • Continuous monitoring of Shared Service Centre processes and interaction in case needed, improvement of SSC processes on ad hoc basis
  • Frequent communication on T&E processes to employees
  • Continuous control and monitoring over the end to end processes
  • GR/IR account management
  • Monthly reporting of related process to Finance Management Team and CFO
  • SOX and other control compliance of related processes
  • Continuous training of employees who are involved in any of processes
  • Ad hoc  issue resolution 
  • Partial responsibility for IFRS 16 accounting processes
  • Implementation of electronic invoice acceptance from vendors in tax complaint way
  • Maintenance of certain policies like “PO / non PO” & “No PO non Pay” & “Travel & Expense”


We are looking for you if you have
•    University / College degree
•    Minimum 5 years relevant experience
•    Working English (in writing and verbally)
•    Strong SAP skills
•    project management skills
•    strong communication skills
