P2P Intern - Italian Speaking (Query and Invoice Processing)

Role purpose:

In this role you will liaise with suppliers to ensure invoices are processed, answer and investigate invoice queries. You will have the opportunity of support Vodafone entities and suppliers, keeping daily contact with them.

What you will do:

•    Resolve queries relating to invoices and payments (internally and externally) with a problem-solving attitude.
•    Process incoming vendor and local market e-mails.
•    Take ownership of end-to-end issue resolution including root cause analysis.
•    Establish good understanding of the end-to-end process related to invoice queries working closely with the relevant parties in other departments and operating companies.

This position is for you if you have:

•    Fluent English, Intermediate Italian languages (both written and verbal).
•    Hungarian language is a plus.
•    Ongoing studies in economics, finances or business field.
•    Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
•    Independency at work with a self-starter, proactive attitude.
