Your place in the team
Ensuring smooth 24/7/365 monitoring and site access of the mobile and fixed telecommunication network, IT systems and other business critical systems in order to ensure high availability of services. Recognize, evaluate, troubleshoot and forward incidents, minimize the restoration time of service interruptions or degradations. 
Determine business impact of service outages and invoke Major Incident Management process. Carry out the country and market specific supervision notifications.


 

You will be involved in the following tasks
•    System monitoring and supervision (Main domain areas: VAS, IP, Billing, Customer Management, Retail, Online, Integration, and Enterprise Applications. Secondary domain areas: RAN, TRM, Fix and Mobile Core) 
•    Trigger Major Incident Management process where the major incident criteria is met. Follow-up the incident resolution until the final resolution 
•    Closely collaborate with internal departments and third parties related to mobile and fixed network monitoring activities 
•    Perform planned and on-demand activities related to network and application supervision
•    End to end control of the execution of Incident Management processes within the Converged Technology Operations. Escalate incidents at risk of breaching Service Level Agreements 
•    Carry out official mandatory announcements on the appropriate channels according to the applicable laws (e.g. reporting to NMHH) 
•    Ensure Business Continuity and participate in Disaster Recovery with the coordination of Service Assurance Centre 
•    Continuously seek opportunities to develop operational efficiency through process improvement and automation 

 

We are looking for you if you have
•    High School Degree in IT/Electrical Engineering/Telecom
•    Network or IT background with emphasis on the operation and support
•    At least 1 year working experience in mobile or fix communications
•    Good written and verbal communication both in English and Hungarian
•    Highly motivated, autonomous individual
•    Strong technical and analytical skills

Valued but not required skills and experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Security or equivalent professional experience
•    ITIL Foundation training or certification
