Marketing Account Manager


Your role in a nutshell: 
The Marketing Account Manager is a member of Vodafone Intelligent Solutions, an internal marketing agency for Vodafone. Providing services from design and copywriting to website development and UX design, we have a truly global reach; we create marketing campaigns for markets from Ireland to Malaysia. With over 100 people from 10 countries, we are one of the largest marketing agencies in Hungary.


Why you will love your job:
•    Manage existing stakeholder relationships and build relationships with new internal stakeholders as their dedicated Account Manager, and facilitate delivery of marketing services
•    Understand business partner requirements and challenges, and offer marketing services to support their business goals
•    Promote the capabilities of Vodafone Intelligent Solutions to existing partners and prospects
•    Ensure that requested services are delivered by teams on time and to quality standards
•    Collaborate with functional team leaders and creative specialists (digital services, creative services) on discovery calls and briefing calls to provide service excellence to our partners
•    Participate in the creative concept creation process
•    Take ownership of the assigned revenue pipeline and update forecasts on a regular basis
•    Complete project management tasks and project related administrative tasks


What you will bring to the team:
•    Near-native business English skills, German language knowledge is an advantage
•    At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing account management (creative and digital asset production), preferably in a marketing agency
•    Experience with digital project management tools
•    Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
•    Customer-oriented thinking and innovative attitude
•    Experience in fast-paced digital projects (website creation)
•    Experience in working with frontend developers, UX and UI designers
