L&D Impact Specialist


Role purpose: This role will deliver working with the L&D Manager a world class learner experience for People Capability, including, Leadership, Manager development, Personal Effectiveness, and key functional programs that are best in class.

What will you do:


•    Carrying out capability assessments and needs analysis basis critical learning needs for the organization
•    Design all types of learning solutions
•    Generate thought leadership for areas of delivery
•    Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes
•    Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development
•    Work with the L&D Team to design a wide range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes
•    Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
•    Facilitating learning interventions where needed, focus on 70/20/10
•    Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees
•    Promotion and drive an online, digital culture 
•    Act as the key stakeholder for all L&D Activities


This position is for you if you have: 


•    Good Understanding People capability theories and models
•    Self-driven individual that connects quickly with individuals and audiences in order to build rapport, support the learning agenda.
•    Knowledge of _VOIS people capability strategy
•    Partner closely with business for relevant, high quality Program 
•    Management of large scale learning delivery of learning programs globally
•    Understanding the business in depth, skills gaps, project and learning management and learning impact and ROI
•    Facilitation of training interventions 
•    Coaching experience
