International HR Advisor (fixed-term for 6 months, part-time 20 hrs/week)

 

Your role in a nutshell:                                            
The role is focusing on providing HR advisory service to Vodafone employees interfacing with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise (Reward, Recruitment, Learning & Development) and 3rd party providers in a team supporting 16 countries world-wide.

• Pick up any urgent client queries or requests from our ticketing system and liaise with employees, local teams and vendors on their resolution                                            
• Prepare various contracts and documents; maintain employee and HR data in SAP
• Maintaining country specific knowledge base with new updates for all or any specific client.
• Check your priority list to see what needs to be delivered that day

 

What you will bring to the Team:                                            
• System experience: Microsoft Office
• Excel (pivot table, macro)
• You have employee lifecycle management experience in multinational companies
• Success Factors/SAP system experience
• Reporting 
• Multitasking
• Time management
• Analytical thinking    
• Customer facing mind-set
• Continuous improvement
• You are open to work in 20 hours/ week
• You are keen to learn new things and use new tools and you learn quickly.
• English  is a must  on a fluent level
