International Ask HR Intern 



What kind of tasks will you have?

•    Supporting the employees of _VOIS HU in HR related queries 
•    Keeping in touch with colleagues mostly via ticketing system.
•    Maintaining HR related documents e.g. employee contracts, sick leave papers 
•    Helping the HR Services Team in labour law and payroll related ad-hoc tasks

We have been searching for you, if you

•    Have at least 3 full time active semesters at a Hungarian university
•    Are self-confident in English communication
•    Have a basic knowledge in MS Office programs, especially in Excel 
•    Are interested in HR and labour law, and it’s an advantage if you study in this field
•    Can communicate easily, but you are not afraid of monotonous tasks

What you can expect from us is

•    Flexible work schedule with minimum 30 hours/week 
•    1200 HUF/ hour (NET) 
•    We provide corporate assets such as laptop and mobile phone with Vodafone RED subscription – unlimited talk and text + 20 GB data
•    Six-month long Internship position which helps you to gain knowledge about the processes of a multinational company
•    Practical semester certificate
•    Real experience in the field of HR processes learnt from a professional team
•    Further career opportunities in the HR Team or other departments
