Social Media Specialist


The scope will be delivering and reporting on social media activities for the rapidly expanding new Marketing sub team.
 
What you will do:
• Produce and modify B2B Social Media posts, primarily for Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Host daily calls with stakeholders in the UK
• Planning, executing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns (Twitter/LinkedIn)
• Planning, executing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Create frequent reports on campaign and channel performance using software such as Oracle SRM and Crimson Hexagon, according to defined KPIs
• Researching and promoting new trends, topics and areas of interest to be included in marketing content
• Examine Vodafone's target segments' presence in requested Social Media platforms
• Create engaging and educational social content for Vodafone employees
• Manage Vodafone social media content on specific pages
This position is for you if you have:
• Excellent English language skills
• 1-3 years of working experience in social media is a must
• Hands on experience with Paid social and Google Ads campaigns is essential
• Advertising Agency experience is highly desirable
• Strong computer skills with experience of key MS Office applications
• Strong analytical skills, ability to efficiently work with raw data and deliver meaningful insights for stakeholders
• Open to new solutions and searching for innovative ways to engage with Vodafone’s customers in the digital space
• Can communicate clearly within a cross-functional and global team environment
• Forward-looking, can do attitude
