Experienced Customer Data Target Specialist - Maternity Cover

 

The purpose of the role is to provide a range of management information and statistical analysis to relevant areas of the Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) business, supporting Sales and Marketing stakeholders by analysing trends, marketing performance and account landscapes. Providing customer insights, reports and similar inputs for Sales and Marketing activities.

Long Description

What you will do

• Continuously develop, maintain and update VGE’s customer targeting tool and marketing dashboard
• Deliver in-depth and detailed custom reports for Sales and Marketing managers
• Collecting account data from internal and external systems, locating and imputing missing information
• Develop strategies for data cleansing and standardization
• Working with a team that delivers end-to-end BI and analytics solutions that include data acquisition, data transformation and aggregation, data modelling, and provides data insights as actionable recommendations
• Respond to any data and insight related queries
• Assist in the development of different custom analytics dashboards
• Write macros in VBA to automate processes
• Write algorithms mainly in Python

 

This position is for you if you have

• Fluent English knowledge
• 1+ years’ experience in BI/Reporting/Finance/SFDC Support/Corporate/SSC environment
• Advanced Excel knowledge, at least basic VBA knowledge
• Basic understanding of programming in Python or R

 

Advantages
• A basic understanding of Machine Learning (Regression, Classification, Bayesian Probability, Artificial Neural Network)
• Experience working with Salesforce (especially reporting) or equivalent CRM tool
• Strong analytical mind set, attention to details
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
