We are looking for a

 Innovation and Excellence Expert

for our  Innovation Team

Your place in the team


Coordinator plays a key role in innovation in order to improve overall business performance and customer experience in COPS.

•    Innovation and excellence management in COPS team
•    Implement new solutions to COPS
o    Check the trends of the COPS world
o    Find alternate and creative solutions
•    Lead COPS projects  
•    Participate in COPS Lean transformations
o    Review and development
•    Design processes in COPS team
•    Management of Efficiency in COPS through Roundtable operation
•    Lead cross-functional collaboration and working in agile teams
•    Embed agile culture throughout COPS
•    Coordinate and support tasks for tribe and squad members 
•    Understand value drivers in COPS and key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs)
•    Support business improvement initiatives, programs, projects, squads
•    Design and implement COPS customer journeys


You will be involved in the following tasks


•    Able to coordinate more project/task simultaneously 
•    Able to identify issues on roundtables, workshops
•    Helps to prepare for and manage  workshops
•    Able to manage Efficiency initiatives
•    Take clear and logical approach to identify the issues
•    Designing and mapping ‘to be’ customer journeys and business processes  (with support)
•    Mapping business processes 


We are looking for you if you have


•    University or College degree 
•    Experience in Lean transformation and/or other methodologies is an advantage
•    Experience in cross-functional program delivery
•    Excellent analytical and strategic skills and focus
•    Experience in process mapping is an advantage
•    Telecom or Service sector experience is an advantage 
•    Strong English
•    Proactive, highly collaborative, has an „I don’t worry, I just win.” attitude
