Senior IT Process Expert
for our Technology Department

Your place in the team
Aim of the Senior IT Process Expert to ensure the future operability of the delivered IT solution, prepare VFHU IT organisation for the operation, service management and support of the new ecosystem and perform IT/cloud-operations / business support. She/he will be responsible for new processes and agreements among different business, IT and network departments.

 

You will be involved in the following tasks
Delivery
•    Ensure the conditions of operational readiness including and not limited to performance, security and legal requirements
•    Responsible for deliver right project and operational KPIs and SLAs
•    Approve all documentations and deliverables of the transformation project

 

Decisions
•    Make decision on his/her program scope, prepares and ensure IT or network management/Change Board / SteerCo / GMT decision.
•    Driving decision making process
•    Make decision regarding issue categorization and necessary escalations

 

Leadership
•    Drive and challenge different teams of organization on their assumptions of how the project will be successfully executed
•    Manage, develop and coach a team of professionals/SME-s along the program and during the service operation 
•    Role model the competencies and behaviours required to deliver value added decision support
•    Ensure transparency via visible leadership and proactive communication

 

Stakeholder management
•    Involve necessary business units and experts to fulfil the task
•    Act as liaison among the streams and teams, needs to ensure the solution integrity across the organization.
•    Liaise with Business and technical leads, program management as required

 

Project management
•    Accountable for communicating regular status updates.
•    Participate in identifying, documenting, monitoring and ensuring appropriate mitigation of different issues and risks

We are looking for you if you have
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    Experience in company scale transformation project and process definition
•    More than 5 years telecommunication experience 
•    Ability to professionally interact with a diverse project team, managers, VF group 
•    Capable of resolving conflicts, good influencing skills
•    Facilitation, communication skills, creativity
•    Effectively manage changes (environment and project)
•    Good analytical and strategic skills and focus
•    Strategic outlook, attention to detail
•    Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills
•    Proactive, can work individually but very good team player
•    Able to synthesize complicated concepts and to simplify the complex issues
•    Fluent English
