We are looking for a
IT Core Systems Senior Manager 
for our Technology Team

Your place in the team
Lead and Manage teams of IT experts (system expert and automating testing team) in relationship to the company’s IT systems within the Billing, Corporate domain and lead the company automated testing competency also manage Liberty related systems and communications. Assure the continuous replacement of Liberty related systems and applications with the support of the external parties, also assure the replacement of our core systems


You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Responsible to build a future-proof expert organization structure and competences considering Vodafone Strategy and expectation be prepared for the SAAS billing model.
•    Establish and provide application development expertise in order to support both roadmap and portfolio management in the given Areas.
•    Drive and shape system integration test management, technical tests, test execution and audit of the applications and deliveries across all technical Domains
•    Facilitates the evolution and simplification of the VFH application portfolio in line with the agreements reached with the architecture function
•    Understands and adapts the Vodafone Global Architecture and Application proposals
•    Ensure delivery of projects that can be sourced from expert pool (in accordance with the valid project management methodology) and build future proof capabilities based on architecture principles
•    Responsible for the planning and control of the CAPEX and OPEX related to the applications  within the responsibility of the team
•    Assures the continuous competence development of the team by the means of on the job and self paced trainings

We are looking for you if you have
•    IT /Telco  or Economics specific degree
•    At least 10 years working experience
•    At least 3 years of experience in IT development industry
•    At least 5 years of management experience
•    Strong leadership, has strong influencing power in front of people more senior than him/her
•    People management skills & experience 
•    Project Management skills & experience is must
•    Change management skills
