HR Services Intern – Hungarian speaking

What kind of tasks will you have?

As an integral part of the VOIS Budapest HR Operations Team, you can expect to:

•    Supporting the employees of Vodafone Shared Services in HR related queries 
•    Keeping in touch with colleagues via ticketing and chat system
•    Handling and filing HR related documents e.g. employee contracts, sick leave papers 
•    Helping the HR Services Team in labour law and payroll related ad-hoc tasks

We have been searching for you, if you

•    Have a full time active semester now and for the upcoming 7 months at a Hungarian university
•    Are interested in HR and labour law, and it is an advantage if you study in this field
•    Are fluent in Hungarian and have a strong working knowledge in English
•    Have a working knowledge of MS Office programs
•    Can communicate easily.

What you can expect from us?

•    Flexible work schedule with minimum 25 hours/week
•    1200 HUF/ hour (NET)
•    Own laptop and mobile phone with RED subscription 
•    Six-month long Internship position which helps you to gain knowledge about the processes of a multinational company
•    Practical semester certificate
•    Real experience in the field of HR processes with a truly international and vivid organization, learnt from a professional team
