Why you will love your job:
• Identifying and ensuring risk assessments exist for all significant H&S risks arising within _VOIS, delivering of mandatory risk evaluation and documentation process
• Performing and coordinating regular testing of fire drills and crisis simulations in alignment with local law and Group requirements
• You will be responsible for the Fire Marshal and First aider volunteers program, coordination, creating training materials, training employees
• Collaboration with the Facility Team during the renovation and other projects get involved to the constructions and the formation of a safety environment
• Supporting the preparation of departmental Health & Safety plans and management processes, policies and monitoring performance against these and independently investigating minor and serious accidents according to the Hungarian legislation and Group requirements. Preparing health and safety performance reports for consideration by the _VOIS and as part of the Group reporting requirements.
• Responsible for the local D&I initiatives and programs, mentoring of the Diversity communities
• End to end process of capex and opex related purchasing, budget handling
• Standby and on- call duty for the emergency and crisis situations, immediate reporting of fatalities and work related accidents


What will you bring to the team:
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field in a multinational environment is required
• Safety management background
• Workplace and Fire Safety Certification is a must
• Knowledge of relevant Hungarian HS&W legislation and workspace ergonomics
• Fluency  in English
• Project management skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Knowledge of relevant Hungarian HS&W legislation and workspace ergonomics
• Excellent communication and change management skills
• Ability to work on call
