We are looking for a
Headend Expert 
for our Technology Department

Your place in the team
Maintenance and incident handling of HE / HUB or other access telecommunication infrastructure and, in cooperation with internal and external partners, to improve the availability and quality of the network in order to achieve the business results set by the company, taking into account Vodafone's strategy to ensure customer satisfaction.


You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Handle assigned trouble tickets and solve them to resolution according to SLA.
•    Do your best to avoid repetitive errors during your troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
•    Participate in on-call duty scheduled in 7x24x365 rotation for headends on a national coverage basis.
•    Execute headend development plans to meet operational standards.
•    Manage hand over procedures to take new development into operations 
•    Manage planned site activities, system expansions & changes, verification and testing
•    implementation and support of headend relocations
•    supporting the introduction of new technologies
•    control of headend works, review of processes, handover

We are looking for you if you have
•    Deep knowledge relevant equipments and systems 
•    Good level knowledge of relevant standards and rules
•    At least 5 years working experience 
•    Potential written and verbal English knowledge
•    Highly motivated, autonomous individual
•    Special HE / HUB device and technological knowledge
