HR Operations Team Leader for Spanish market

Your role in a nutshell:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, new team leader for our HR Shared Services team. The team itself is focusing on supporting Vodafone’s employees and HR teams on the Spanish local market. The goal of the role is to manage and coordinate the team’s working processes or projects, while keeping daily contact with the key stakeholders on the Spanish market and within the organisation.

•    Engage and lead the team providing HR Services support to effectively reach operational targets, while spreading positivity and fresh ideas within the team and across the department
•    Build maintain great relationships with stakeholders mainly in the Spanish market and act as first escalation point
•    Set controls and drive process improvements to maximise efficiency
•    Manage the team of 6 employees
•    Organize the workflow of the team, where delivery is done through easy-to-learn tasks
•    Provide coaching and professional support to the team
•    Manage performance of team, set targets, evaluate results


What you will bring to the team:
•    Fluent English and Spanish knowledge
•    At least 4-5 years of professional experience within a shared services environment, HR operations experience is an advantage
•    Great people management, stakeholder management and coordination skills
•    Project management experience is an advantage
•    Good communication, change management and performance management skills
•    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
