Greek speaking Inside Sales Account Manager
Your role in a nutshell:
Provides end-to-end Inside Sales Account Management activity by contacting and landscaping selected Small and Medium Business customers in Greece focusing on retention. Takes responsibility for these customers’ revenue growth and increase Vodafone mobile, IoT and convergent footprint, preparing presentations and proposals and executing marketing campaigns.

• Proactive cross & upselling by offering new tariffs, services and business solutions
• Maintain contact with allocated contacts regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and churn reduction
• Build long-term relationship with customers
• Assess the customer needs and suggest a best possible product solution and win deals
• Prepare and build customer offer including a pricing proposal
What you will bring to the team:
• Fluent Greek and intermediate English language skills – written and spoken
• Experience working in a Sales environment is an advantage
• Experience in direct communication, preferably in the B2B field
• Great negotiation skills
• Self-driven attitude
• Good problem solving and communication skills
