Global Process Expert - Financial clearing

 

Your role in a nutshell:

You as a Global Process Expert B2B Clearing will manage Financial Clearing House projects, and work with various senior stakeholders to deliver the project roadmap whilst driving standardization, continuous process improvement and efficiency.

What will you do:

  • Delivery of agreed programs and other projects (migration projects, IT delivery projects)
  • Keep regular contact with internal stakeholders to analyse demands and project requirements
  • Create impact assessments and turn them into system or process change requests whilst driving standardization and automatization
  • Testing of software changes and giving advices to the Business and IT stakeholders
  • Build strong customer relationships with international stakeholders (Vodafone local market, IT)
  • Drive operational governance and process excellence
  • Ensure correct accounting and compliance with applicable controls and policies


This position is for you if you:

 

•    Ability to transform and simplify complex information
•    Strong communication skills (written, oral and presentation) to summarize and explain complex issues to a variety of audiences in a multi-national environment.
•    Relationship building. The capacity to partner and establish strong relationships across multiple, cultures, functions and locations
•    Analysis/critical thinking. Able to structure analysis, asking the right questions and focusing on the right data to generate genuine insight on which to build plans
•    Self-motivated approeches to provide timely and good quality services for stakeholders’ ad-hoc requests whilst managing priorities to ensure the completion of other longer-term goals.
•    Proven track record of project management experience and methodologies
•    Experience of working within the Telco industry (advantage)
•    Accounting experience or knowledge
