Global IoT Service Expert - German and Hungarian speaking

 

Your role in a nutshell:
The role is providing IoT inlife consultancy to premium Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) and Opco Customers across multiple regions, countries. The IoT Service Consultant will provide remote management support to VGE Global Operations customers and be accountable for ongoing in life delivery and governance of contracted technical solutions delivered from the VGE Portfolio.

•    Be accountable for overall IoT In Life activities to nominated customer/customers or technologies
•    Ensure all management KPIs are adhered to within target SLA’s
•    Diagnosing process faults within Global Operations and working with internal teams to drive continual service improvement.
•    Manage activities effectively whilst focusing on objectives, results, and prioritising accordingly.
•    Make decisions within own area of competence/expertise, seeking guidance and support when necessary.
•    Making sure that customer specific, ITIL aligned operational processes and procedures are implemented and followed. 
•    Work closely with different teams both on Client side and in Vodafone environment, in order to provide an outstanding service to our customers.

 

What will you bring to the team:
•    Strong business German, Hungarian and English language knowledge
•    ITIL v3 Foundation
•    Experienced in KPI Reporting against SLAs
•    Excellent ability to manage customer relationships, their expectations (and define acceptance criteria), and to understand requirements of business and customer to ensure they are translated into technical delivery
•    Technical understanding
•    Excellent written and verbal communications,
•    Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
•    Proactive, can-do attitude
