German Speaking Sales Support Team Leader


 Your role  in a nutshell:

As a Sales Support Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of 13 colleagues, providing support for Vodafone Germany’s Sales Teams. Team’s core activity scope consists of handling different queries of Account Managers and Business Partners on a daily basis.
You will ensure the enablement of Sales Teams through implementation and monitoring of best efficient workload- and quality management, to maximize the productivity and value creation for selling Vodafone’s targeted customers. Your responsibilities will also include  the coordination and the implementation of new activities determined by higher management levels and extend the Sales Support team functions at _VOIS will be as well part of your responsibilities.

• Ensuring team members are properly trained and cross-trained to allow optimum work allocation and levelling of workload
• Recruiting team members according to business requirements and business plans
• Managing quality reviews of activities and ensuring that the overall output reaches company standards

• Ensuring continuous high focus on customers’ satisfaction
• Leading the creation process improvements, measures, objectives & reporting structure
• Managing stakeholder expectation and ensuring high partner satisfaction
• Being accountable for Performance Development of team and develop key performance metrics (including sales satisfaction), SLA fulfilment, management reporting, risk analysis, third party management & contingency planning
• Encouraging teams to find automated tools and solution for manual activities to minimize risk chances and reach higher efficiency


What you will bring to the team:
 1-2 years’  experience in people management, preferably in Shared Service environment
• Solid experience in the field of Sales or Corporate Customer support
• Excellent German and at least intermediate English language skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
• Strong process improvement, customer-oriented mindset and attention to details
• Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with sales & business staff and to form teams across organisational boundaries
• Confident stakeholder management skills - able to operate effectively up to senior executive level
• Ability to build and motivate team, generate creativity and challenge effectively
