In Vodafone Shared Services Budapest, we maximize value with everything we do, from Operational Excellence to Next Generation Services.
We operate with 1.600+ colleagues in Budapest, coming from 32 different nationalities, supporting 22 countries and 150+ Vodafone Enterprise Customers around the world.

German Speaking Sales Support Associate - Maternity cover

We are looking for proactive people to join our great team. In this role you will act as a special point of contact for the sales representatives and channel partners thus ensure increased productivity by providing administrative support.

What you will do:

Support German Sales Partners and Account Managers by providing smooth operation by addressing and solving their queries, issues
• Contribute to revenue growth of existing Vodafone Germany customers by supporting the Sales Team in project related activies
Ensure that all incoming requests are fulfilled within the agreed SLAs and in required quality
• Keeping contact with all relevant 2nd Level stakeholders internally as needed via E-mail to align on the solution for the query
• Create different kind of reports periodically and on demand
• Actively participate in meeting with Business Partners and on-shore operational departments
• Engage in pilot projects prior to the launch of new services
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes while maintaining service excellence

This job is for you if you have:

Advanced level German and intermediate level English language knowledge
• Support related or customer service experience, but career starters are also welcome
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• An eye for details
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Outstanding problem solving skills and you take extra turns to apply the best solution
• Pro-active work approach
