German Speaking Sales Reporting Specialist


Your role in a nutshell:


You will be responsible for validating and if necessary, correcting the Sales Opportunity reported as won for calculation and data accuracy. Your main accountability will include verifying the TCV (Total Contract Value) entered into Salesforce by the Sales Representative.

Why you will love your job:
• Cooperating closely with the Sales Representatives within the Vodafone Germany Business organisation
• Verifying the contract values entered by the Sales Representative and ensuring timely and accurate execution of TCV (Total Contract Value) validation and reporting tasks
• In case of successful verification, providing approval in the system
• In the event that an amendment of the TCV value is required, completing correction, providing input for the report
• Communicating with Sales Representative/Sales Manager and providing reasons for value correction
• In case of inaccurate or incomplete documentation, rejecting these to the Sales Representative
• Providing input in further data validation and reporting tasks requested by the Business

 

What you will bring to the team:
• 2+ years work experience gained in a multinational environment
• Experience working in the field of Sales / Sales Support / Commercial is a huge advantage
• Strong Excel knowledge skills
• Background in using CRM systems is an advantage
• Fluency in German and intermediate English knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset with awareness for potential risks
