German Speaking Sales Reporting Specialist

The Sales Reporting Specialist is responsible for execution of data analytics and reporting in order to support different stakeholders of the Sales Community and monitors that quality and content of the operational processes of the support team meet agreed KPIs.

  • Close cooperation and support for the Business Partner and local operational departments within the Vodafone Germany Enterprise organization
  • Creating regular and adhoc reports, analysis and presentations upon request
  • Maintaining the existing reporting databases from the reporting perspective
  • Ensuring reports meet quality and timeliness guidelines
  • Identifying and implementing improvements and supporting any reporting improvement programs
  • Keeping regular communication with all relevant stakeholders and business partners

What will you bring to the team:

  • Intermediate German and intermediate English language knowledge (both written and verbal)
  • 1-2+ years' of reporting experience
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and creativity
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel knowledge, Access query handling, intermediate macro writing skills in VBA)
  • Experience in designing online dashboards (Sharepoint, Power BI, Power Apps) is nice to have
