German Speaking HR  Intern – Front office

position!


 

What kind of tasks will you have?


•    Perform resourcing related administrative tasks and help to improve the process in order to reach targets
•    Support the pre-selection process and help applicants by answering application related questions via email
•    Keep in touch in writing with applicants via Success Factors system
•    Handle HR queries within the ticketing system
•    Help with administrative tasks related to employment documents


We have been searching for you, if you


•    Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months at a Hungarian university
•    Speak German and English on intermediate level
•    Have a basic knowledge in MS Office programs 
•    Can communicate easily, but you are comfortable with administrative tasks as well
•    You have good organizing skills and you can work alone 

 

What you can expect from us is

•    Flexible work schedule with 20 hours/week 
•    1200 HUF/ hour (NET)
•    Private Medical Services;
•    To ensure our colleagues’ health & safety we are working from home until the end of the pandemic. In the long run we will be meeting each other max 2 times/week in our fully refurbished, digital office
•    We provide corporate assets such as laptop and mobile phone with Vodafone RED subscription – unlimited talk and text + 20 GB data
•    Real experience in the field of HR support processes learnt from a helpful and positive team
•    Further career opportunities in the HR Team or other departments
